Our waiter, Janko Corkovic from Serbia, was the same waiter that we had when we had lunch earlier that day. Their station consisted of our table for four, a table of 8, and a table of 6. All 18 of us showed up every night, so they had a very busy week. We found out on the last night of dinner service that they were husband and wife. I am a very picky eater, but the food prepared by the kitchen, led by Executive Chef Jeremy Snowden, was delicious.
